Raymond, our chef, has over 30 years of experience in the kitchen. He has worked at several cities in China (Guangzhou, Xiamen, and Shenyang), and was a head chef at the Bamboo Village Restaurant in Xiamen, and the kitchen of the Grand Hotel in Shenyang. In 1998 he moved to Hobart and joined the kitchen of Ming Court Restaurant in Sandy Bay were he took over the business in 2009.
Now, he has established a new restaurant under the name, Minfu Restaurant, where we provide Cantonese style cooking & friendly service.
